Inca Brands Inc., is an ever-growing women-owned ecommerce company specializing in selling high-quality alpaca knits directly to consumers via our family of brand websites. Sun Valley Alpaca Co and Warrior Alpaca Socks. We source, design, and sell a range of luxury alpaca sweaters, scarves, accessories, and home decor products. We pride ourselves on our flexible and hardworking company culture, and we are looking for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to join our creative team!


Role Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated graphic designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful visuals across both digital and print mediums. You will help to better define and maintain each of our brand's guidelines and themes throughout all creative projects to ensure that all visuals align with our brand standards and reflect the companies values and quality of craftmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Projects: Create graphics for promotional emails, Amazon A+ content, social media posts, website images, and product images for both our websites and Amazon listings.

  • Print Projects: Design product hangtags, label wrappers, product boxes, and promotional postcards and signage when needed.

  • Image Editing: Edit professionally shot images, including cropping, masking, removing backgrounds, color correction, and altering product colors.

  • Brand Standards: Ensure consistent brand identity on all mediums to maintain a cohesive look across each brand.

  • Collaborating: Works closely with team members to understand what graphics are needed for upcoming promotions on brand websites and Amazon, as well as coordinates with 3rd party companies for box and label printing needs that the warehouse needs for shipping orders to customers.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in graphic design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Strong image editing skills, including background removal and color adjustments

  • Experience in defining and maintaining brand guidelines across all creative outputs

  • Attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality work

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a tight-knit team

  • Technical proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox and ClickUp

  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and marketing tools such as BigCommerce and Klaviyo would be a plus

  • Excellent adaptability and planning skills

  • Portfolio of work


Location & Compensation:

  • Hybrid position with occasional travel to our Sewickley, PA office

  • Part-time schedule with flexible working hours

  • $18-$20 per hour

  • 20 hours per week to start with growth opportunities for full-time
